I am inspired solving complex business problems through a mix of Design, creativity, applied data science, and technology.My experience as a Product Manager and Data Storyteller in 2014 inspired me to pursue a Master’s of Science Degree from Northwestern University’s Information Design and Strategy program in 2018, which I completed in March 2020. This program armed me with new skills in data science, analysis, design, communication and visualization, to become a more effective leader for my company and my clients.The teams I lead strive to operate in a continuous cycle of agile Discovery and Delivery, uncovering new insights into a user's attitudes and behaviors, using those insights to design the most valuable solution possible, measuring its impact over time, and continuously iterating.My professional roots run deep in the brand marketing, advertising and design space. So, I thrive most in creative, design-driven environments with a spirit of "what's possible" at its core. And I value the power of a good story...to bring about shared understanding, to align people around a clear vision, and to drive change where it's needed most.Some of the accomplishments of which I’m most proud:Product Management, Design and Data Science:• Developing a holistic measurement plan and framework to focus us on the "metrics that matter most" and inform quarterly objectives and key results (OKR's).• Establishing a shared vision and roadmap for our suite of digital products, to clarify long-term objectives and the rationale behind our current priorities.• Applying Bayesian Causality Network data modeling to uncover new insights from our global restaurant client’s media and marketing investments, then building an intuitive, predictive tool fueled by that data, from which our clients could build plans for their upcoming year. The year following our work on that project, our client’s business reach 25-year revenue peak.Cross-Functional Leadership and Portfolio Management:• Leading a cross-functional team through a massive digital transformation for Yellow, with responsibility for setting the product vision for our customers and our business.• Managing a $7M book of business with a history of driving organic growth and profitability for my firm.Integrated Marketing:• Launching a new brand campaign in 2019, leading to +12% year-over-year net sales and 12 consecutive weeks of positive weekly sales for a global retail client.
