Act as Correspondent advocate proactively assisting with the pipeline management and purchasing of Correspondents loan production.Correspondent Liaison for issue resolution between Correspondent and internal departments, including Underwriting, Pricing, Servicing, Credit Risk, QC, Capital Markets and Funding. Facilitate ongoing customer training throughout the relationship of the Correspondent. Focus on Correspondent’s overall quality with Internal Departments to mitigate risk.Visit Correspondents, as needed to help better the client relationship.

Work closely with Sales and Correspondents to ensure quality loan delivery Assist Correspondents with troubleshooting questions pertaining to the quality of their loans.
