Part of the duties here included working with faculty to develop new and revise current course offerings, collaborate with the Instructional Support Services Manager regarding online content development, and supervising GIS support staff members working on daily program operations.This role, too, was involved with the general planning and support of the Individual Studies unit within the division, including program and student learning outcomes assessment alongside the Associate Dean and Director of CDE & IS. Publications (such as the Academic Program Review) and on-campus assessment efforts (like the Higher Learning Commission and assessment retreats) were also incorporated into this role's duties.Finally, I served as the campus coordinator for the National Student Exchange (NSE), a study away network of colleges and universities across the United States, its territories, and Canada. I collaborated with the division Marketing Manager and assistant NSE coordinator to provide guidance on marketing efforts and overall program direction encouraging growth and awareness of the program to further strengthen the university's vision and mission. -
