Liaised as Special Project Manager to the Senior Leadership Team on a $4B contract extension negotiation with the MBTA. Performed a gap analysis of the forecasted costs of the contract specifications and SOW versus actual costs.Investigated the cost divergences from the contract to explicate through thorough qualitative and quantitative business cases.Convinced the MBTA to grant Keolis a contract extension by delivering compelling presentations and data to justify increased payments to offset first-term revenue losses.

Managed the FoodBAM product: owning the product roadmap, scrum meetings, design, workflow, and QA of the front end and admin portal.Engaged with customers frequently to receive feedback for product improvements, new features, and identifying bugs. Captured various data formats from 100’s of foodservice providers for 1000’s of price updates each week by integrating multiple data parsing and cleansing methodologies, enabling customers to have full transparency into their vendor pricing.Implemented an alert system and workflow for resolving and maintaining data integrity and accuracy of data pipeline. Introduced the Mobile Boarding Pass to the TSA.- Liaised with airline stakeholders to deliver PKI-enabled barcode scanners to US checkpoints.- Mitigated the risk of no-fly list passengers circumventing TSA. Managed a product team to develop a custom mobile application for Behavioral Detection Officers.
