Currently enjoying more work than it seems there is time in the day, and doing what I love; solving problems, helping others and creating opportunities to do things better. We're a fantastic company, and it's a pleasure being part of the team that makes the day to day logistics go smoothly.I've spent the last 15 years as the head Security employee for 2 international corporations, and 18 years in Law Enforcement. I've managed Event Security and Executive Protection details the world over. That experience, a good work ethic and the most amazing mentors and instructors you could ask for, has allowed me to be successful in leadership, management and problem solving. Regardless of the task or role, I am accomplished in seeing the whole field, avoiding the big problems and adjusting real-time to the little ones.I've worn several hats throughout my career, but my professional value comes down to this:- I know how to serve, and regardless of your position or role there is always a customer that you need to provide a world class experience to.- I am a leader and do so by having a clear vision to accomplish tasks, making the right decisions without hesitation and establishing trust with those I work with and for.- Integrity is key and I pride myself on the reputation I have established as being unquestionably trustworthy.- At the end of the day, results are what matters and those are what I get. I don't need a roadmap to get me there. I am able to identify what needs to be done and then find the most effective, reasonable and productive solution to the task.
