I believe there are three types of people in business: Dreamers, Thinkers and Doers. Dreamers have a sixth sense about business. They have the ability to create incredible ideas with the potential to lift companies to the next level, but they have trouble making it happen themselves. Enter the Thinker. Thinkers shape those dreams into a process used to materialize a Dreamer's ideas into realities by designing new or improving processes and procedures. Doers take it from there. Doers implement the process and swiftly begin closing deals, completing jobs and begin generating idea-inspired revenue. Doers are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. As an entrepreneur, I often interchange between these three categories throughout my life, but have identified my mastery as a Thinker. Nothing thrills me more than meeting an energetic and passionate Dreamer with sky-high ideas lacking a path from point A to point B. I find great joy working with individuals and organizations, helping to turn ideas into fully functional business processes or refining a pre-existing process into something more polished and efficient. My two mantras in business are: 1. Something can always be improved.2. Never devalue the opinion of an outside perspective.
