In my current role I provide expert consultation to cities and universities of all sizes on executive leadership for their law enforcement agencies and facilitate every step as they engage with their communities to find the right criteria to select a new chief executive. As a senior consultant I am responsible for all aspects of the client relationship and client satisfaction. As an influential and dynamic Senior Executive, I have extensive experience overseeing safety and security programs and processes and security information technology, while developing cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to manage and prevent crises in fast-paced environments. My reputation is as an ethical leader with absolute integrity and a talent for decreasing administrative burden, effective human resource management, internal investigations focused on procedural justice, and controlling annual expenses through strategic planning and opportunity identification. I previously administered strategic and safety-oriented executive leadership within a large-city police department, with people management responsibilities for over 600 employees with an annual budget of $123M. I steered department strategy, delivering community safety and security in a highly regulated and complex environment.Additionally, I collaborate with all stakeholders and levels of an organization to introduce new, faster ways of achieving results.
