My working career began in commercial property management as the boom for tourism continued on in the mid 90’s and by 2001, I left New Zealand travelling abroad playing rugby professionally in Hong Kong. In 2004 I began working at NAV Limited which presented several opportunities to work exclusively with fund managers, portfolio managers and wealth advisors holding client positions in areas such as property, equities, funds and fixed income. Equally, this provided a number of business development opportunities securing client relationships with firms that typically use the platform. In 2011, I moved specifically into equities managing our trade floor on the derivatives desks with senior management and head office in London. Trade flow in the APAC markets we share has required a lead role in a number of areas of the business including Risk, IT, Compliance and Operations and accordingly efficient and dependable solutions given the current activity in the financial markets we service. A global specialist in derivatives, Sunrise remains number one, voted by RISK magazine for the past 12 years. A loyal candidate to any firm, I am goal orientated and driven by responsibility and delivery.
