Worked as a quality specialist/field engineer on a seismic retrofit of a dry dock on the trident retrofit facility. Daily activities included equipment and material tracking, observing and understanding work scopes, creating work plans, filling out time cards, and more.The scope of the work included core drilling (various diameters), klemm and sonic drilling, post tension stressing of anchor rods, finish work, and water management while working on barges/in a marine environment.This job was on an accelerated schedule and posed many issues with supply chain and procurement times.

Currently working as an office engineer during project startup for Phase 1 of the new Silicon Valley extension of BART. The scope of work can be found in the media for this position. The job team is a joint venture between Kiewit, JF Shea, and Traylor Brothers which brings together a historic and innovative team in the underground industry. The project contract is a Progressive Design Build (PDB) model and allows for the JV to ensure that VTA and BART are getting the best value for their budget.

Currently working in the Mechanical Estimating department which focuses mainly on CMGC, DBB, and DB along with other contract types. While working full time, I have worked on alternative energy projects and waste water treatment plant projects. These projects are of varying complexity and price which varies from a few million dollars to several hundred millions of dollars. My main scope of work is dealing with Above and Below Grade Piping, Mechanical Equipment, and HVAC.
