I recruit, train, and supervise field personnel, including Field Managers, Area Supervisors, and other team members.I’m responsible for client satisfaction and positive employee relationships. Providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.I ensure all field operations employees adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. This includes enforcing safety protocols and guidelines.

I managed the day-to-day operations of the utility services business line. This included project planning, project management, budget planning, resource allocation, job scheduling, procuring equipment and materials, bidding on jobs, and supervising field personnel and subcontractors. I worked with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the utility services business line that aligned with the company's overall objectives.

I planned, directed, and coordinated maintenance field crew activities, tasks, and workloads. I provided guidance to employees in resolving performance-related problems, scheduling work, establishing deadlines, and setting priorities. I monitored and reviewed all work performed by maintenance staff to ensure proper maintenance techniques and Department procedures were used.

I performed advanced work in developing, overseeing, managing, and administering multiple maintenance contracts. I reviewed, monitored, and coordinated the preparation, scheduling, and execution of work order-driven, asset maintenance, and other performance-based and routine maintenance contracts. In addition, I assisted in the management of the Tampa Operations Asset Maintenance program to ensure consistent administration of all Asset Maintenance contracts within the unit. I also coordinated and provided direction, support, and training to the Operation Center and the District Maintenance Office contract staff.

I oversaw the daily operation of the Sarasota County Traffic Operations Department, including maintaining and installing traffic signs, signals, street lighting, and pavement markings. Additionally, I coordinated and directed all of the county's temporary traffic control (TTC) requests, including traffic control plan design and supervision of all the traffic control performed on our roadways.

I was primarily responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing the maintenance program to include the maintenance and repair of runways, taxiways, parking areas, ramps, pavement markings, pavement surfaces, grounds maintenance, temporary traffic control (TTC), airfield, and perimeter roadway signage, and snow removal.

I supervised employees who worked on bridges, highways, parking areas, and ramps along the Inter-County Connector (ICC) MD-200. I utilized tools, operated motorized equipment, and performed manual tasks essential to the upkeep and appearance of the roadway. I was also in charge of all the traffic engineering tasks on our highway. I assisted engineers in evaluating our road to determine any deficiencies that needed to be addressed. Additionally, I was the supervisor in charge of coordinating and overseeing all of our department's temporary traffic control (TTC).

I installed, removed, and replaced gas meters, electric meters, meter settings, and regulators. I inspected and tested service and house lines for leaks. I also performed construction and maintenance on overhead and underground high-voltage power lines.
