Responsible for managing Quickstep's Aerostructures Final Assembly and Paint team and fully accountable for all Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost outcomes for over $5.5M of monthly revenue directly managing a team of 20+ skilled aerospace manufacturing operators.During my time in this role I have overseen the return to production schedules following significant asset failures and implemented new production scheduling and metrices to drive greater visibilty and collaboration between different production teams and throughout the entire business.

Primarily charged with leading engineering development efforts to address entry in the the advanced composite space structures manufacturing market, in this role I also supported broad domestic and global industry and government engagement activites and delivered a long-term Space strategy supported by successful Federal government grant allocations.- Led the engineering effort to support Quickstep's joint bid with Boeing for their tender for the Australian Governement JP9102 program.- Developed Quickstep's strategy to address the Space Structures manufacturing market by delivering on market analysis, trends and requirements contextualised against our competitive advantages, process capabilities and expertise.- Delivered successful Federal Government grant submissions to support broad advanced manufacturing strategies delivering over $1M in grant funding.

Directly responsible for manufacturing production engineering support and customer change management/implementation with additional focuses on process improvements ideation and implementation and root cause investigations to address Quality, Safety and Cost performance.- Led the implementation of significant customer change by coordinating requirements review & impact analysis and project managing implementation activities across Qualiy, Commercial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations functions.- Supported manufacturing operations through root cause investigation of defects, repair/rework design, process analysis and re-design.- Developed and implemented the first live Tableau performance monitoring dashboards to track and analyse C-130J Wing Flap assembly performance.- Implemented digitalisation and significant process automation for JSF Final Assembly part marking to reduce rework and improve standardisation and cost performance.
