As a Manufacturing Lead at Quickstep Group, I manage the Final Assembly Line producing advance composite components for global defence aerospace customers and am directly responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost outcomes. My skillset has been built on over three years of exposure in the defence aerospace sector with roles in design & manufacturing engineering, project management, commercial & bid management and operations management. The broad exposure to all aspects of a defence manufacturing business allows me to exercise a holistic view of manufacturing operations management, business development and strategy especially with entry into new markets and in the fields of composites, aerospace, defence and advanced manufacturing.
