- Research & Development for military advance composite shelters.- Mission customized shelter solutions for extreme environments -100° below zero; reducing the logisticalfootprint, weight, cost, maintenance.- Implementation of Carbon Fiber, eliminating as many metal components as possible in current ISOcontainers and MERWS shelter systems.- Part of the Alkan team that developed the first carbon 9 high stacking ISO container that withstood215,000 lbs of vertical payload and 45,000 lbs of transverse racking load.- Responsible for designing all 3d components in SolidWorks, exporting to cosmos for the structural engineerto run finite element analysis.- Alkan presentation material, models, and renderings.- Handling of hardware & manufacturing quotes, working to adjust designs to minimize cost, and lead time.
