An AWS Technical Account Manager (TAM) is on the forefront of support for our largest and most innovative customers. My role requires a unique skill set of people skills and broad technical acumen, AWS TAMs are integral parts of an enterprise customer’s experience. TAMs go well beyond break-fix support by advising customers on technical and strategic decisions related to AWS and becoming a true technical partner to their business. An AWS TAM watches over their customer and guides them through issues both major and minor. The TAM is the customer’s advocate within AWS and works closely with the AWS service teams to ensure the customer’s requests, issues, and features are given the appropriate priority. We work hand-in-hand with senior executives on opportunities to improve customers’ IT landscape.

• Collaborated in the research for Six Degrees of Francis Bacon project that reassembles the Early Modern Social Network from disparate sources.• Conducted incoming research assistant on tool coding, as well as operational processes. • Facilitated a bridge between technology and humanities within the English department.• Developed Python-based supplemental tools complete with user-friendly GUI, and created documentation and informational videos, and provide class instruction on usage.• Compiled a corpus of early scientific publications using a combination of optical character recognition, transcription, and petitions to private institutions.• Conducted hypothesis testing using machine learning, natural language processing, and statistical clustering of language patterns.
