Current• Responsible for the modernization of the Digital Marketing efforts among many different sub brands and entities. • Lead the Paid Search, SEO, Email, and Social Media marketing channels, driving 100 million in annual revenue.• Conducted an extensive online session to offline call experiment to mathematically identify an average call revenue value for use as conversion values in Google Ads in an effort for more holistic revenue attribution and algorithmic optimization.• Developed Paid Search incremental EBITDA and Spend model using historical performance to refine the optimal spend level for desired financial return.• Led an Email/ESP integration effort to create data flows to and from HubSpot and an internal Data Warehouse, with the goal of creating dynamic customer segments, personalization, and transactional/triggered emails.• Created and standardized Ecommerce reporting and analytics, to drive a deeper understanding of our customers and their purchase paths as it relates to overall company performance.
