I am currently a Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Peoples Group, focused on driving and managing corporate development activities such as acquisitions, strategic partnerships, minority investment opportunities, business and asset valuations, corporate restructuring, and capital financing.Prior to joining Peoples, I spent two years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc, specializing in private company M&A advisory services (mid-market investment banking) and four years with PwC's Audit and Assurance group, where I was exposed to clients within the energy, utilities, mining, and industrial products group (EUMI), technology, and biomedical sectors.I have successfully completed the CPA and CBV programs, and became a fully designated member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia in 2020 and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators in 2024.
