About Justin Muir

My career objective is to guide the effectiveness and impact of artistic organizations by embracing both the productive opportunities and unique challenges that exist within our culture. Through a careful balance of accessibility, engagement, and criticality, I intend to heighten our society's appreciation and valuation of artistic experiences. For over a decade, I have managed and directed Canadian societies and charities. During this time, I have acquired hands-on knowledge and executed valuable skills in many operational functions, including exhibition curating, public programming, fund development, facility maintenance, human resources, communications, and accounting. Through serving on many boards and committees, I have also gained governance expertise, particularly in the areas of organizational assessment, policy development, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
