Between school and work I have 20+ years of experience using AutoCAD. I also have experience using Revit MEP 2012-2020, Civil 3D, Solidworks, Unigraphics/NX4, Microstation and Cadra. My drafting experience is diverse and includes work in refrigeration, telecommunications, structural and mechanical pieces. I also have an array of work experience that varies from working as a surveyor to being on a production floor. I pride myself in my ability to work well in a team environment as well as by myself.     I use AutoCAD and Revit primarily as a member of the electrical design department. Some of the projects we work on are supermarkets, apartment buildings, nursing homes/assisted living and shopping centers. I am also, the lead BIM/Revit Coordinator managing our teams Revit models as well as assisting with the modeling of the electrical, plumbing and sprinkler design models utilizing Revit 2018, 2019 & 2020. During the start of the pandemic I trained the majority of the office on how to use Revit virtually through Microsoft Teams. Our organization also, has a Leica BLK360 Laser Scanner which I am the primary user of this device and software that comes with it to generate a point cloud to bring into AutoCAD or Revit in order to make necessary files from it.

    I used AutoCAD 2015 to create and update logistics plans, two week look-ahead plans, plans documenting scheduling of work and existing MEP systems to remain and be demolished for the American Dream project. I used Civil 3D 2015 to update pile locations for the amusement/water park area of the American Dream project. I used Revit 2015 to create structural lift drawings for the new anchor buildings for the American Dream project as well as updated existing architectural conditionals of the former Xanadu building. Coordinated with the structural designer and architect to review design issues with the anchor buildings. I used a Faro laser scanner at job sites to produce a point cloud of existing architectural, structural and MEP systems. Modeled these existing conditions in Revit 2015. I used Revit 2015 to model new MEP systems for a Rowan University project. I used AutoCAD 2015 to create as-builts and coordinated with contractors on the progress of their as-builts to be received by Torcon.
