Create the vision and determine the scope of the LNY Festival for the City of San Jose as a staff member of the Vietnamese American RoundtableFacilitate and manage a board of directors who oversee different aspects (Logistics, Programming, Entertainment, etc.) Outreach to pertinent resources: San Jose - Office of Cultural Affairs, San Jose History Park, The Viet Museum, NorCal UVSA, Universities, High Schools, etc.

- Support VAR Staff and Board Members in the planning and execution of programs for 2023- Create and manage a volunteer system for the VAR community- Support the planning, development, and coordination of public cultural events, public civicengagement and social-justice-oriented events and programs, and youth-oriented events inpartnership with key community partners in Santa Clara County, including but not limited tothe Black April Commemoration, SEEDS Summer Youth Program, Mid-Autumn MoonFestival, and Community Empowerment Symposium- Support efforts to increase awareness and education of volunteers on issues pertaining toVietnamese and Southeast Asian American communities with respect to cultural heritage, civicleadership, and personal and professional development

- Create and maintain relations between SJSU VSA and other outside organizations such as the Vietnamese American Roundtable. - Assist with ICC Representative in communicating and creating events with other university and college VSAs in the Northern California Region and other extraneous regions. - Assist with Presidential jobs such as administrative work and public relations

- Handle customer service and create communication strategy between nearly 200 customers- Manage income and develop a running plan for profits and losses- Efficiently reduced time between intake of bikes and return, allowing higher volumes of bikes at a time- Expert Mechanical knowledge needed

Executive Director of the annual UVSA Northern California Camp, which 50-60 members attend during the Summer each year. The camp's mission is to foster a safe and welcome space for NorCal UVSA constituents to be able to interact and learn from one another in a summer-camp-style environment. - Chief Manager of sub-directorships that consist of different roles in the fulfillment of camp logistics and programming- Created vision for camp direction and management- Worked with finance sub-directors in procuring sponsorships and outreaching the organizational needs (Received over $600 worth of sponsorships from 5 sponsors)

Worked in conjunction with Marketing and Media Staff for National VSA Conference in capturing a true multi-media experience for the attendees and staff. - Assisted primarily with capturing events through photos and video- Assisted in logistical and supply items for Media Team

- Lead and Instruct members in band events, performances, and activities- Manage a leadership team and make decisions alongside the Drum Major- Assist director in administrative and managerial jobs- Assist Drum Major and Leadership team in maintaining a positive band culture and developing stronger sense of community between members
