IT field technician, coordinating on-site technology equipment rollouts for the client's customer-facing business offices. In this role, my primary obligation was to provide consistent 24/7 on-call status for emergency equipment rollout coverage for the 18,000+ sales offices throughout the United States. I was honored to receive an Excellence Award at the close of this project, for surpassing targeted performance metrics.The technology focus of this project was Microsoft/Intel endpoint systems.* Keep the rollout on-course by providing immediate, on-call emergency coverage for scheduled rollouts identified as at-risk for missing key deadlines.* Coordination and facilitation of equipment rollout for the revenue-generating branch of the client's business, performed during operating hours without interfering with critical business operations.* Training and limited mentoring of regional field technicians while in the field.* Communicating technical issues to the main office to allow problem trending.* Coordinate equipment return or replacement and maintain accurate accounting of inventory data.Highlights: Experiencing the culture of the Four Corners in New Mexico; driving through the night across Illinois, Iowa and Michigan with my fiancé-to-be.
