It was imperative to utilize an analytical approach in sourcing materials and suppliers that could meet very stringent requirements, while ensuring a cost effective structure. Through the utilization of ERP reporting and process flow mapping I was able to achieve success with tight budget and delivery goals on high volume projects with high levels of variety.

I managed over $100M of materials for global aerospace production projects. We primarily worked with Boeing inventory for flat rolled product (FRP) and near net shape (NNS) contracts ensuring 99+% on-time delivery. Describing this as a fast paced environment wouldn't do it justice given the shear volume of the materials and production levels I maintained on a daily basis.

At the time, Rottler was going through growing pains and had many aspects to the supply chain and procurement operation that had not been clearly defined. I was able to contribute to the standardization and documentation to streamline processes, eliminate waste and implement new systems. I was integral in the analysis and selection of a company-wide MRP system that I maintained and administered. I was able to work across multiple departments and disciplines to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the management of inventory and supplier contracts.
