In 2019, I was faced with difficult circumstances and discontinued college to begin working full time. I joined the assembly line at Baxter Manufacturing in Orting, Washington where I installed insulation, wiring and sheet metal panels on large commercial ovens.After 3 weeks, I designed and 3d printed a fixture on a personal Anet a8 that made my job quicker and more precise. Miraculously, this led to an opportunity to print components for a different product line at Baxter.After 9 months in the sheet metal union, I was promoted to Engineering Technician in which I published design changes, managed equipment calibration and implemented warranty-reduction efforts.As of 2024, I'm a Software Engineer at Baxter Manufacturing focusing on mobile & web app development. In this role, I’ve also learned and implemented Azure IoT and PLC solutions for niche projects.Thanks to many teachers, my first personal app project is now published on the Apple App Store (Vizibl). I slowly developed an ASP.NET Core Web API, hosted it alongside an Azure SQL Database and finished with a unique Social Media experience using .NET MAUI.
