CurrentManaged the deployment, imaging, and configuration of computers to meet institutional standards, incorporating UGA MyID sign-on functionality within Windows systems. I developed and executed scripts to streamline printer routing and enhance connectivity across multiple departments. I provided technical support to faculty, staff, and students, addressing hardware, software, and system issues promptly to minimize disruptions to university operations. Additionally, I collaborated with professors and students to identify software needs, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and addressing any licensing issues. I conducted IT inventory management, auditing equipment, and processing surplus assets in accordance with university policies. My role also involved installing, configuring, and supporting information systems, as well as researching, recommending, and testing hardware and software solutions to boost departmental efficiency. I created and maintained standard operating procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in IT tasks. By prioritizing and responding to urgent IT requests, I ensured swift resolution of critical issues, while continuously researching and implementing technologies to streamline workflows and enhance system performance across the College of Engineering.
