Additionally, I collaborated with professors and students to identify software needs, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and addressing any licensing issues. I conducted IT inventory management, auditing equipment, and processing surplus assets in accordance with university policies. My role also involved installing, configuring, and supporting information systems, as well as researching, recommending, and testing hardware and software solutions to boost departmental efficiency. I created and maintained standard operating procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in IT tasks. By prioritizing and responding to urgent IT requests, I ensured swift resolution of critical issues, while continuously researching and implementing technologies to streamline workflows and enhance system performance across the College of Engineering.

Led the development, coordination, and presentation of interactive "Hack Hour" events aimed at providing club members with practical and relevant cybersecurity knowledge. These events featured activities such as ransomware mechanics, penetration testing, capture-the-flag (CTF) challenges, and Linux/bash usage, among other hands-on cybersecurity exercises.

Built a strong foundation as a team member before transitioning to the role of IT Assistant at Chick-fil-A, where I managed company systems while expanding my responsibilities to include aerial photography, enriching the company’s visual branding. I provided detailed analytical reports on food quality to Chick-fil-A corporate, submitting numerous incident reports on underweight filets, which led to significant reimbursements for the local franchisee. I also served as the Delivery Operations Lead, managing and dispatching drivers throughout Lumpkin County, strategically planning for lunch and dinner rushes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, as an Online Marketing Intern, I assisted in overseeing Chick-fil-A Dahlonega’s social media networks and created original, engaging content to support the franchise’s online marketing efforts.
