• Error handing and complaint management.During this role i was actively involved in the product development and project to launch the CommSec Over the Counter CFD project.

Reporting directly to Head of Derivatives and International markets, I managed the business development and sales function of the CommSec Derivatives and International business;As part of my role, I also manage CommSec face to face seminars program. This includes:* Marketing and Communications across all products – Market Bulletins, Seminars, trade shows.

* Managed the business development and sales function of the CommSec CFDs business;* Responsible for the development and implementation of strategy across marketing, retail sales team, and within the CFDs dealing team.*Promoting CFDs to existing wholesale clients.

Acquisition and Servicing of the CFDs HVC client base. Primarily a business development role, combined with the after sales relationship management of the HVC client base of the desk. CFD desk was established at this time, as new business in CommSec.

* Negotiation and resolution of client complaints* training of new staff as well as investigating trade issues.* Actively promoting sales initiatives within the team, leading by example.* In charge of the call centre component of the T3 campaign, includingmanaging the 5 temps that were in place over the 5 weeks.

* Exceed Sales Target as measured by Gross Profit.* Provide excellent after sales service* Computer technical support* Required to be an expert on IT systems and networks.
