In order to unite the university amidst a global pandemic, I created, produced and hosted a show called "Mavs Chat." The show's main objective was meant to showcase virtual resources & events that students could access in order to subside the fear and uncertainty of COVID-19. In total, I created 18 shows where topics of discussion included managing stress and anxiety, the Black Live Matter movement and everything in between.

In my role as Social Media Manager, I was responsible for creating unique and engaging content that I would use to schedule posts on the Division of Student Affair's social media platforms. This position required me to have a strong understanding of brand image and how to target the right audience. Furthermore, I helped create successful marketing strategies to help grow our following across all platforms, generate the most interactions from our audience and introduce new projects to keep content fresh.

I was responsible for giving VIP guests' an entertaining and unforgettable tour of AT&T Stadium. Each two-hour walking tour consisted of my guest and I exploring this architectural masterpiece while learning about the fascinating history of the most valuable NFL franchise, The Cowboys. Personally, I saw this job as an opportunity to make an impact on the lives of others while providing an experience that each guest would cherish for years to come.

I was accountable for developing and executing the first extended orientation program at UT Arlington. Working closely with department heads, we were able to create an unforgettable experience for incoming students while showcasing all of the fun traditions, rich history and amazing opportunities that UTA has to offer. Despite the challenge of trying to curate three separate, two-day camp experiences, with minimal marketing, zero camper signups and no staff prior to being hired on- I was able to generate marketing materials, recruit campers/ camp counselors and lead my own group of campers all in a span of three months. Maventure is now a recognized & beloved UTA tradition.
