Responsible for leading the qualification, closing, service, and processing teams. The Company employed a digital and call center based customer acquisition strategy generating thousands of leads and hundreds of sales per day.Was also responsible for the expansion of lead-monetization through the development of affiliate relationships with complimentary service providers. Development of key affiliate relationships expanded client lifetime value by 30%.

ID Watchdog is a publicly held identity theft protection company which offers monitoring and restoration services for consumers. Worked closely with the CEO on the overall branding, customer acquisition strategy, and pricing models for the Company's suite of services.Developed several channel strategies including direct response, digital, enterprise (B2C) and affiliate. Led corporate wide re-branding and pivot as Company moved from resolution-focused to detection and protection focused strategy.Worked with Product Management group to develop additional product lines and features.Fulfilled Investor Relations during IPO process.• Organized and presented in worldwide IPO road show resulting in the only successful IPO in North America in Q3, 2008. Cities included: London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Geneva, Zurich, Stockholm, Monaco, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Sydney, Vancouver, Calgary Toronto, New York, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, and San Francisco. • Conducted outreach to research community to initiate sell-side coverage on company stock. • Maintained database on investor stock positions and tracked share movement daily. • Developed investment targeting plan to increase retail and institutional investor base including goals, weekly calendar of events including press releases, one-on-one's, videos, and events. Identity Rehab was founded in 2005 and developed a proprietary process for detecting and resolving instances of identity theft. The Company added additional services in 2008 and rebranded as ID Watchdog.

Founded the Company on a bootstrap in 2003. Built-out sales organization consisting of 11 satellite sales offices around the country, an internal 105 seat call center, and two remote outsourced call centers.Moved Company to online customer acquisition model post mortgage crisis. Spun off identity theft company in 2005.
