As a Senior UX Manager at Evernorth, I lead a team of UX designers to work on a product that is used by tens of millions of people, and directly drives billions in revenue each year. Previously, I’ve led projects with clients ranging from market-leading tech companies to Fortune 500 brands. Clients include Angi, Genesys, Mailchimp, Simon, Stack Overflow, and Cummins.When I'm not helping companies improve their customer experiences, I'm most likely hanging outwith my wife and daughters, playing guitar, or working in the garden.
