As the SVP of Enterprise Security Operations, I lead and manage teams responsible for IT governance and compliance, critical administration, security awareness, security architecture, and application security. My role involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations, enforcing cybersecurity policies, and safeguarding the company’s information from unauthorized access.Additionally, as the Deputy CISO, I provide oversite and guidance to the security group as a whole and aid in the department’s budget, implementing cost-saving measures aligned with the organization’s return on security investment (ROSI) objectives. I also provide support during federal and state safety and soundness examinations annually.

As the SVP of Digital Security Operations, I oversee the organization’s cybersecurity operation center, including vulnerability management, security awareness, threat intelligence, incident response, and manage the coordination with a third-party Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). I ensure compliance with industry regulations, develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, and protect the company’s information from unauthorized access.

In this position, I oversaw corporate security measures, addressed security events and incidents, managed the vulnerability management program, conducted monthly security awareness trainings, and ensured compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
