As the Technical Director, my primary focus is on creating an engaging multimedia experience with a large focus on live-streaming and creative video storytelling. I oversee and direct all aspects of set-up and production for ministries, Services, events (on/off campus), and online platforms. This includes slides, graphics, lighting, live-streaming, and stage set-up. I operate and maintain audio/video/lighting systems, while also performing repairs when needed. Additionally, I manage the recruitment, training, and scheduling of the AV team, ensuring a skilled and dedicated workforce. With a keen eye for detail, I produce, record, and edit engaging audio and video content for podcasts and videos. Collaborating with the Pastor and ministry directors, I strategize and brainstorm to create visually captivating Worship Services and ministry events. I also manage budgets, maintain equipment, and regularly meet with program staff and all staff for effective coordination. Overall, my aim is to deliver exceptional and creative video production that captivates and inspires our audience. Along with this, I also would create marketing and promotional assets for different organizations connected with LJPC, such as the Alliance for African Assistance and Ebenezer in Linda Vista.
