Inventory Source is an online service that provides automated inventory tracking to web-stores for people who do wholesale dropshipping on the internet. As a customer support rep, I took on many tasks in the roles of sales as well as technical support for our customers. I used JIRA to track projects and issues that I took on or was assigned to as well as an email ticketing service that I used to connect with customers who contacted me for assistance. I also handled phone calls from customers and could assist with a wide range of tasks such as explaining the service we offered, determine and offer specific integrations for customers, troubleshoot our service as well as some of the web-store platforms that customers used, and make changes to customers' service.

I assisted Dr. Hale on his research project "Cyber Trust", who was using eye tracking technology to track which parts of a website or email people look at when they determine whether or not it is phishing. I helped by designing phishing webpages and emails and working with other research assistants to develop the test subjects would take while having their eyes tracked.
