• Supervises retail sales activities for the Visayas Region.• Guides other field sales coordinators in complying with company directives and attaining motorcycle sales targets in their respective areas.• Coordinates with the wholesale team and assist them in getting fresh purchase orders from their respective dealers.• Report shortage of inventories of motorcycle units in area of responsibility, as well as other concerns in branches.• Regularly interface with dealers.• Reports to the Visayas 1 Retail Sales Supervisor.

• In charge of assigned areas for retail sales activities. • Was responsible for Region VIII from 2013 to 2016. • Took charge of Panay and Palawan from 2016 to 2017.• Took charge of Metro Cebu and Palawan from 2017 to 2018• Took charge for Palawan from 2018 onwards, with the addition of Samar for 2019, and Metro Cebu from 2020 onwards.• Handled accounts and managed volume motorcycle sales from assigned dealers from 2015-2016.• Observes sales performance of other motorcycle brands in the area of responsibility and reports observation to Cebu office.• Initiates conduct of sales activities in coordination with marketing team.• Reports to the Retail Sales Unit Head.

• Responsible for the day to day operations of the store.• Prepares daily sales report.• Monitors inventory of spare parts stock.• Responsible for ordering replenishment to items on re-order level.• Supervises store personnel and motorcycle mechanics.• Maintains close contact with customers and give on the spot discounts when possible.• Ensures good housekeeping at the store premises.
