Hi, I’m Mikayel and I’ve been a passionate entrepreneur for as long as I can remember. Here’s my story in a nutshell. Over the last decade, I’ve built several companies to multiple 7 figures. I talk about starting & scaling profitable boring businesses & creating a better you. My mission is to lead & help the next generation of talent. I’m currently scaling Just Sealing - the home service brand of the future, Just For Snow - an elite commercial property services brand, Seal Store- products to enhance your landscape, and OYS Media- a marketing agency dedicated to growth through storytelling. I started my first “official” company at 21 but was always looking for ways to break out of the norm long before. Knowing my back story you’ll see why I could never fit into any box I was put into. I was born in Armenia and at a young age immigrated to Canada with my family where we started our new life.By 16 I had moved over a dozen times, changing schools, homes, cities, countries, cultures, and languages. It's safe to say change is second nature for me, so I’m never afraid to shift my business, try something new, and take massive risks into the unknown. Knowing what it took for me to go from that immigrant teenager who knew absolutely nothing to running multiple companies in the competitive world of business, I have a deep-rooted passion for helping others succeed. It gives me a sense of pride that I can’t put into words. This is exactly what my mission is and the reason I wake up every day.
