With years of experience in early stage, better for you, consumer product goods I have developed a skillset that is built on a foundation of many roles and responsibilities giving me a holistic understanding of what it takes to build and scale both DTC and retail channels. My current role is 2 pronged: Operations and Sales ( with a dash of marketing)Operational Responsibilities include both ecommerce and retail. My focus is on Customer journey, website optimization, UX, business information systems, logistics/fulfillment, Special event coordinator.Sales Responsibilities:National account manager- Sales analysis, in-store promo/marketing, oversee and implement annual marketing spend, management of national merchandising and demo teams. I work closely with vendor staff, distributers, and internal teams to ensure brand success with a bottom up approach. Independent Sales channels- manage and grow independent sales channels focused in niche markets to fortify a strong customer base, region by region.
