Plans and directs Technical activities for facility. Designs and directs quality control program to ensure that products are consistent with established standardsAnalyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and established proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.Directs programs for analysis and testing of materials to support customer, production, and engineering.Supports and ensures compliance with ISO-9001:2008 through involvement in participation in internal/external audits and management review. Oversees facility ISO activities as the site management representative and lead the internal auditing team.

Position is responsible for leading and coordinating the work of maintenance staff and contractors to assure that assignments are completed in a safe and cost effective mannerImplements new methods and procedures designed to improve equipment reliability, optimize MRO inventory, minimize operating cost, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.Oversees the plant's capital projects to insure compliance with plan.Supports and ensures compliance with ISO-9001:2008 through involvement in participation in internal/external audits and management review.

Directs and coordinates the activities of production and utilities department in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally.Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
