At Collaborit we work together with industry to continuously improve processes.As a junior chemical engineer I was responsible for:- the creation, optimisation, validation and simulation of a neural network model of the converter process at Anglo American- the continuous writing of reports and feedback to site- the preliminary creation af advanced process control to incorporate blending ratios into the control of the converter process- general control improvements which included the Discrete Fast Fourier Transform Analysis of closed loops and optimising controller parameters- the creation of customised short reports which recommend changes in closed loops
