Key technical architect, subject matter expert and implementation lead for the AAA, F5 and DNS Platforms on the QChat and PII (Interoperability) platforms. Lead technical architect for a Data/VOIP(Voice over IP) roaming solution, this involved creating an end to end IP design and hardware platform architecture. Provided Tier IV support for the VOIP platform troubleshooting across multiple data centers and providing dedicated 24/7 on call support as the last line of support for operational teams. Created all operational documentation as well as provided necessary scripts and tools to help facilitate quick resolution of issues.Created a MOP (Method of Procedures), DFARF (Detailed Firewall Access Requirements), DRD (Design Requirements Document-Physical & Logical), NPL (Network Planning Letter) for both the lab and production networks. Production network spanned multiple data centers spread out across the nation. The lab network is composed of 4 separate carriers with each carrier having 4-6 data centers and represented a nationwide network individually.Responsible for day to day management of the QChat (Push to Talk System) NRT (Network Readiness Test) Lab which includes maintaining the latest OS version, maintenance patches, NEBS compliance, etc. Managed a team of 15 engineers and lab support vendors to ensure that all software updates or hardware upgrades were tested in the lab prior to being pushed to production. Developed test strategy, test plan and exit criteria for all testing performed in the lab. Testing included elements across the E2E network such as billing, provisioning, call processing, authentication, DNS and Inter-operability.Directly responsible for vendor management and resource management for Qualcomm, Ericsson, Global Logic, IBM and Nexius.
