For many years he led BCG’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice in Germany & Central Europe/MEA and contributed significantly to the firm’s most innovative thinking in areas such as pricing excellence, the internet economy, and the digitization of sales & marketing.Just holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Passau, Germany. He spent part of his undergraduate studies in Finance at the London School of Economics. Prior to this, he worked for two years with Siemens AG as a trainee in industrial management.
