At Blend I was a key contributor in developing brand styles and design systems for various communication touchpoints across mediums. Of these, some core external facing projects included funding pitch decks, sales one–pagers, product demo videos, release process and data architecture workflow documentation, and art for blogposts. I also created a holistic candidate and new hire experience that spanned campus recruiting and cultural events to new hire, offer accept boxes, and the first–day onboarding experience. Internally I developed cohesive brand experience projects for various events including hackathons and off–sites. Finally, for the design team specifically, I played an instrumental role in building foundations like design principles and brand attributes.

Through form, type hierarchy, iconography, photography, grid systems, and color styles, I helped expand and refine Addepar's brand identity. These systems spanned internal and external communications and included marketing, client solutions, and recruiting materials. Major projects included "Build" recruiting campaigns, office environmental graphics and murals, employee guide books, experience design for "Launch" onboarding project, Addepar's marketing brand styleguide, and the Addepar Form Exploration book. Early on, I was able to help create a screenprinting workspace used to develop limited edition prints for multiple cultural events.

Worked as a teacher’s assistant during Letterpress & Bookbinding classes, displayed class projects, installed a magnetic critique system for the graduate studio, scanned, edited, and organized materials and content for Don Adleta’s bookbinding book.
