I am a 20+ year experienced sales persons, manager of sales persons and manager of sales managers with a background in selling both product and services successfully in the distribution and service industries. Building great teams and creating an exceptional work environment is what drives me. I am passionate about creating beautiful well functioning things, I see sales and management as a form of art, and creating successful, independent teams as my contribution. I have knowledge and background in medical research through my bachelors degree and post bachelors degree work, and extensive experience in commercial construction, specifically electrical distribution and installation. I keep up to date on all of those fields through journal studies and trainings. In addition, I do extended research on economic conditions and market analysis. I enjoy developing market plans and strategies that are innovative and comprehensive.I live in the "big picture" view of each company that I work for. I have a vision for what not only my department can be, but what the company can be. I integrate my ideas with the executives and board rooms I work with to create a company that is visually, operationally, and individually for the customer and employees, a beautiful experience.
