• Supporting day to day payments operations with our cross-border clients (Transfer initiation and Approvals)• Last mile payment approvals of all Finance and top management operational payments including Petty cash, Account Payables, Card expenses, Invoices, Tax, and Payroll transfers.• Tracing all pending inter-bank or payment partner’s transfers and recording them accordingly• Maintenance of records/documentation of payments reports.• Working closely with the banking expansion team to improve on the channels that aid our operations, supporting banking operations, including managing bank account opening and closing processes

• Inventory controls - Ensure adequate controls in the inventory in the warehouses by managing periodic spot checks, quarterly and annual stock takes.• Payroll and statutory deductions – NSSF 15th, NHIF & PAYE 9th, Monthly Standard Levy and DIT.• Taxation- Ensure compliance with tax laws by preparing the Monthly VAT, Withholding VAT 2%, tax 5%, professional, 3% contractual 10% rental and other taxation requirements through the I-TAX system Assist in Management accounts reporting- Ensure timely, complete and accurate monthly postings and cut offs• GL maintenance - Ensuring accurate position of the GL, AR and AP of the client firms. • Auditing – External and KRA audits by provision of audit reports and responding to queries.• Internal Controls - Formulate, implement and review financial control systems.• Financial Reporting –Assist in preparation of annual FS in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
