I was helping customers in challenging and versatile projects concerning knowledge work automation. I was acting as a project manager in multiple RPA projects, where companies are either taking their first steps or proceeding and scaling in utilizing intelligent automation. My main responsibilities as a Senior Solution Consultant included:- Facilitating workshops on surfacing and collecting automation ideas within clients' business units. - Training customer personnel for intelligent automation-related key roles - Understanding and analyzing customer processes and building roadmaps for their automation projects. - Leaning customers' AS IS processes to automatable TO BE processes and dividing them into concrete development items - Tracking and supporting development progress from first process descriptions to running software in production, communicating with various project stakeholders

On top of existing responsibilities in various RPA projects, I participated in a trainee programme in Korkia Consulting for supporting my professional growth. I took part in different projects concerning circular economy and energy. In the projects my tasks included market studies, competitor analysis, sales presentation preparations and other supportive tasks.

I worked as an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) consultant in different customer projects, helping our customers in automating their knowledge work. My main responsibility was the technical implementation of the software robots using different RPA tools.

My area of responsibility was to collect different fresh produces to pallets and trolleys and to transport them to a separate shipment area, from which they were transported to grocery stores around Finland. I also ensured the proper layout of trolleys and pallets in the shipment areas.

I worked as a course assistant for the course Introduction to Networks. My responsibilities included grading the course assignments, communicating with students and guest lecturers and supervising exams.

My responsibilites included identifying different customer segments, analyzing competitors and further developing the business model.
