I was responsible for:- maintaining and keeping up to date the database (working on MicrosoftSQL Server and Teradata SQL)- creating queries to pull - data for the client- updating the DB using queries and pre-developed tools- providing clients with status reports- extracting data using Pivot Tables, Reporting Services- maintaining and granting access to Reporting Services for client- checking quality of the data for standard procedures

My duty was selling, maintaining, organizing, supplying a shop that sold phones and accessories for smartphones. I had two employees under my supervision. I also had to perform small diagnostics, software and hardware repairs on smartphones.
