• Assist with the coordination of registration including but not limited to; prepare registration materials for students and faculty; assist with the development of the semester’s schedule of courses; and degree evaluation related questions.• Assist with commencement planning including but not limited to: conduct degree audits; identifying and certifying early graduates; organize the yearly graduation log; communicate with program directors regarding their graduates; and determine honors.• Secondary monitor for office FERPA compliance.• Provide academic advisement for prospective and current students as requested, particularly as it relates to choice of degree, transferability of units, and graduation planning.• Transcript analysis and evaluation.• Calculate and verify GPAs for Cal Grant audit(s).• Close out student files and transition them to holding storage.
