Training projects efficiency analysis.• Planning and controlling training budgets.• Advising on training and development solutions.• Cooperation with external suppliers of development programs and trainings.• Creating initiatives supporting the development of employees and managers.• Conducting AC DC sessions for selected positions.• Responsibility for employee periodic evaluation processes.• Coordinating talent calibration in cooperation with HRBP.• Implementation of a trainer program for newly hired employees. Estimating the budget, preparing materials. Active participation in exams at production positions.• Creating reports and presentations.• Conducting internal training from specific areas.• Cooperation with the management board and other departments of the company.• Renewing contracts with suppliers.

• Cooperation with delivery service companies.• Taking care of the company's image and aesthetic look of the reception.• Managing corporate correspondence (MUFLON).• Operating the telephone communication line (also in English).• Ongoing reception service for clients and business meetings.• Ordering office supplies and groceries.• Coordination of the circulation of documents and settlement of invoices (including invoices for accommodation, flights, transport of guests and company employees).
