- Ensuring attribution of User IDs on all production systmes to a responsible person, their use, privileges and authorization,- Identyfication and assigning an owner for each User ID defined on all the systems for which Kyndryl is responsible,- Ensuring an appropriate User ID labeling format compliant with the Global guidelines,- Importing the required files to the tools for User ID revalidation,- Veryfication revalidation statistics,- Maintaining an auditable evidence,- Involvement in implementation new platforms in the User ID revalidation process,- Supporting IAM (Identity and Access Management) Process Manager,- Training of new employees,- Taking part in the User ID revalidation process improvement.

- Executing User ID revalidation processes (Employment Verification, Business Need and Access Right Veryfication),- Managing electronic identities and controling range of permissions and access to systems in the organization,- Initiating corrective actions (amendment to, deletion, disablement, or revocation) of the User ID and/or the associated access authorities,- Recording any corrective action taken and maintaining evidence of completion of the revalidation,- Maintaining an auditable record and evidence for audit readiness,- Providing with advice account Teams on IAM Secondary Controls Processes to ensure all parties involved are educated and working according to IBM standards,- Providing security technical support or IBM security investigations for IBM teams when needed,- Participation in audits, preparation of required documentation,- Training of new employees.

- Gathering data from IBM databases and tools used by team to deliver service,- Analyzing gained data,- Reporting team statistics to the Market Leaders,- Preparing pool metrics,- Implementing Agile practices in team.

- Ensuring compliance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) process,- Monitoring corrective actions on the User IDs and allocation to appropriate responsible account or responsible supporting team,- Monitoring preventively account IAM issues and ensuring to be closed or extended in time,- Creating Root cause analysis and being responsible for it content and correctness,- Providing support to audit requests and queries,- Helping to account during implementation new procedures or tolls supporting IAM process.
