In August 2022 I joined the Ecoserv Group Technical Services team based in Slough. My role was customer-focused and involved communicating with a large base of clients via both, email and phone. Dealing with customer queries and delivering excellent service was at the core of my role. In addition to this, my day-to-day duties involved processing large volumes of sensitive data and conducting research. Coordinating appointments and services (Jobflow, Elogbooks, Dwellant), processing service-related documents in digital form. preparing and sending for approval quotations and then dealing with approved quotations. One of important duties was to compiling reports, I also liaised with suppliers, subcontractors and with staff in other departments, e.g., finance.I was a part of a great team at Ecoserv Technical Services Limited and I feel saddened that the company was put into administration in February 2023.
