-GL reconciliation-CAPEX reconciliation-Adjustments in financial reports-based on US GAAP & IFRS 16 regulations-Preparing cash-flow & revenue forecast for HQ in US-Cooperating with auditors during statement & corporate audit-Flux reports (balance sheet, P&L)

- Creating and consolidating monthly financial reports- Preparing profit and loss statements, dashboards, reporting’ views and models for analysis, explain variances compared to plan figures- Cooperating with all other departments, supervisors and managers, providing reliable financial information, indicating risks and opportunities, providing necessary recommendation- Organizing and preparing plan/ forecast and reporting to Region management for each planning cycle- Cooperation with AP, AR and GL departments in terms of accuracy and compliance - Preparing of financial presentations for executives- SAP implementation (including new FPN&A tool)

-Perform monthly closing processes-Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, presentation of findings and analysis-Consolidate and analyze financial data (actuals, budget, forecast)

-Management of vendor master data-Management of inbound documents-Recording of PO and non PO invoices, trigger approvals and schedule payments-Management of recurring entries (rent, lease)-Generation and review payment proposals (scheduled, automated run)-Process (manual) payments/ pre-payments-Responsible for daily AR transitions including: maintaining ledgers, credit balances, billing, provisions, bad debt posting-Preparing & sending invoces to the clients -Providing ad-hoc analysis for senior managers’ needs

-Process purchase invoices and credit notes (PO, w/o PO, Consignment) -May process invoices for payment-Bank statement processing-Vendor/customer query resolution-Participate in month end close activities-Works with internal customers to acquire accurate information set up

- Provide tax documents to the system- Cooperation with banks, other Government entities, courts- Daily contact with complaint
