I am a project manager and researcher in an EU Horizon project called: XTREME - "Mixed Reality Environment for Immersive Experience of Art and Culture".XTREME explores a mixed reality (MR) solutions to experience different forms of art. The project is in close collaboration with 14 different partners, including MUNCH Museum in Oslo and Finnish National Opera and Ballet in Helsinki. Together we will explore different alternatives to the traditional way of accessing artistic and musical experiences.

At DDC I worked in a short time project, focused on the internal project management processes. In particular: - I run a qualitative research project, focusing on current management processes within the DDC- Based on discovered insights, I run a developmental workshop aimed at supporting local strategy development, including system mapping of key stakeholders and partners, redesigning the current system.

At SDU I worked as a postdoc researcher and project member. At that time I also focused on learning the Danish language and integrating into the Danish environment.In particular I was: - Researching design thinking facilitation in public-private innovation projects- A team member and researcher in development and research projects: "Public Private Innovation - Living Design Lab" and "Value Chain Innovation”- Teacher of „Organizational behavior” and „Personal effectiveness and productivity” - Learning Danish language (finished with Studieproven exam in December 2019)

At Kozminski University I worked as an assistant professor, successfully developing different proprietary initiatives around design in business. I introduced design thinking, service design and design management into the organization, developing new courses, specialisations, consulting and developmental projects. I worked at the Design Faculty of Academy of Arts, implementing interdisciplinary course for design students "Business for Design". It was a series of lectures and workshops aimed at equipping design students with business knowledge. The course was very successful, resulting in full active students' participation and local media coverage.
