-Oversee the work of billing employees-Daily Billing Department functions, including medical coding, charge entry, and claims-Utilize ICD-10 to ensure accuracy for FQHC claims-Examine patients’ encounter forms to verify diagnosis codes and reconcile codes against services rendered.-Accurately input procedure and diagnosis codes into billing software to correct claims-Follow up on insurance denied invoices and delinquent accounts to reduce number of unpaid and outstanding balances-Process adjustments, denials and payments-Produce weekly administrative reports regarding outstanding claims-Uphold and reinforce compliance with hospital policies and federal regulations such as HIPAA

• Conduct administrative duties such as label samples, and use Microsoft Office and FileMaker Pro.• Maintain an orderly and presentable showroom• Assemble loan forms for outgoing samples• Prepare samples to be sent out to various publications and stylists• Organize and log returned samples• Assist at New York Fashion Week including preparing presentation area, checking guests in, and escorting high profile clients.

• Schedule approximately 10 appointments weekly for academic advisement• Provide information for students regarding academic advisement• File, copy, fax, and scan various contracts and applications for the Graduate Advisement office

• Assist Patrick McMullan with all PMc Magazine social media promotions• Post up to 5 tweets daily on Twitter and 5 status updates daily on Facebook to promote magazine content and increase readership• Assist the brand with customer relationship marketing through social media website interaction daily• Create the PMc Magazine Newsletter for monthly distribution to over 15,000 readers
