Success in my role is driven by strategic thinking, honed communication skills, and a keen ability to align our offerings with the unique objectives of our clients.As a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics (TQL), I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and carriers, and providing them with customized solutions for their transportation needs. I leverage my sales and customer service skills to negotiate rates, secure contracts, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. I enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my problem-solving and communication abilities to overcome challenges and meet customer expectations. Prior to joining TQL, I gained valuable experience in various roles, such as a Sales Associate at CarMax, a Crew Chief at NO-DES, Inc., a Lawn Technician at TruGreen, a Mechanic at Hotsy of Virginia, and a Field Artillery Cannon Crew Member in the US Army. Through these diverse experiences, I developed a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and a passion for delivering quality results. I also acquired a solid knowledge of different industries, such as automotive, water distribution, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and military operations. I graduated from high school in 2015 at Prince George High School. I am always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills, and I am interested in pursuing further education or certification in the logistics field. I am proud to be part of the TQL team, where I can contribute to their mission of providing the best service in the industry, and where I can grow and advance in my career.
