Mid North Coast

I'm the Program Lead for the Collaborative Care Program. Collaborative Care is a partnerships program funded through the Commonwealth Department of Health that is trialling innovative healthcare models in five locations throughout rural NSW.The aim of Collaborative Care is to work with communities to increase access to primary health care in rural locations where the health system isn't working as well as it needs to, often due to smaller populations and more remote locations where it is difficult to attract a health workforce. Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia

Compassion is an international child development charity. I managed the customer journey for some of its key partners, creating a partnership strategy to guide frontline teams in stakeholder engagement strategies. I produced a change management strategy for the staged shutdown of activities in a partner country, transitioning large numbers of partners and supporters to new areas of the business. I also managed the partnership response strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Port Macquarie

I was brought on to create a communications and engagement strategy for the School during a period of change. This involved supervising a small team, liaising with stakeholders and managing a number of key projects. Responsibilities included coordinating orientation programs, writing regular media articles, promotional video production, website redevelopment, producing the Annual Report, production of the School magazine, and curating social channels. One highlight was producing a short, five-part documentary of the School Choir and their historic journey to sing at Carnegie Hall in New York, including coordination of an international film crew. The film received national coverage on the ABC.

Port Macquarie

My role was to manage the communications and projects of Regional Development Australia. This included supervision of team members and drafting the annual Business Plan, project plans, funding applications, and project budgets. It also involved writing regular articles on community issues for regional newspapers, coordinating events, publications, government submissions, websites, and social media.I also managed the organisation's knowledge-based projects and publications, including:- A regional investment prospectus and campaign that was launched by the Minister of Regional Development and helped to attract international investment into the Mid North Coast region. - A food producers industry showcase that told the stories of regional food producers and gained significant media attention including a Better Homes and Gardens television feature.- The Mid North Coast Regional Plan, RDA's peak strategic document which outlines key regional issues and where public investment is needed.- Grant application support for large infrastructure submissions to the Australian Government's Building Better Regions Fund.
